how to create two parallel approvals for one AOR

Hi,

I have business Requirements to create approvals for Document of Type

for example : DOR name "XYZ" ,

Approval rule for it will assigned to AOR 1 or AOR 2 (who Approve first win ) then will go to AOR 3 ,

I have created Two parallel rules with parallel participant but it does not worked as expected ,

Also I tried Two parallel rules with Sequential Participant but still not works ,

How can I achieve this requirements.
