scheduler rest api required privilage and sample payload for patch

Hi,

We are trying to use the Scheduler rest api introduced in 23b. When we tried to access get(ess/rest/scheduler/v1/requests/{requestId}) in postman, i am always getting 403 -'You are not authorized to access the requested resource.' error. I would like to to know which role /privilage is required to access the service. Also we would like to use patch operation for ess/rest/scheduler/v1/requests/{requestId} to update Update the scheduler request. Could please provide sample payload how to patch the schedules to update schedule?
