HDL to change assignment status of previous assignment after global transfer

Summary:

Once HDL is loaded for the new Global Transfer record, the previous assignment is automatically terminated with a Termination Date and Action as 'Global Transfer'. However, the Assignment Status for the previous Assignment becomes 'Inactive - Payroll Eligible'. We want to change it to 'Inactive - No Payroll'.
