No Business Unit Available on LOV

Hello Experts!

Anyone had come across or have an idea on what could the issue here when running the Generate Invoices for Project/Contract Invoices

and the Business Unit LOV is blank and cannot search for any as well

Note that

  1. BU Access is assigned to the user Role Project Billing Specialist
  2. BU is enabled for Billing/Contracts
