Calculate Inventory Trx Line DFF based on another DFF values

While creating Miscellaneous Inventory Transaction (Supply Chain Execution -> Inventory Mgmt -> Create Miscellaneous Transaction), we want to calculate a Trx Line DFF as difference of other 2 DFF i.e. Net Wt = Gross Wt – Tare Wt.


DFF Task -> Manage Inventory Descriptive Flexfields

FlexCode -> INV_MATERIAL_TXNS


Please suggest how to achieve this through any way - Config or Personalization.
