how to setup forwarding rule from gmail to oracle cloud fusion mail ?

Hello,

We have a requirement from client to setup forwarding rule from gmail mail address to oracle cloud fusion mail for inbound service request processing.

As per documentation google send confirmation code to oracle cloud fusion mail to setup the forwarding rule. For that we need to run process 'Invoice Documents Recognition Tracking' to get the confirmation code. When that process is set, it ends with an error saying in log : "You need to subscribe Intelligent Document Recognition to use this report.".

Per documentation, to configure Intelligent Document Recognition we need to run 'Import Payables Invoices' .

To be run that process requires to be set "ledger" field which is required. Anyway, we don't have actually a licence for IDR ( Intelligent Document Recognition).
