Summary:

I need to change the context, but I can't edit 'Receivables Transaction Region Information' in 'Manage Descriptive Flexfields'. Attached is a screenshot of the application For example, 'Netting Agreements' I can edit and have full access. Are additional permissions required to edit Manage Descriptive Flexfields, and if so, what are they? Thank you for your answer
