Is it possible to conditionally display position DFF segments based on the action name?

Is it possible to conditionally display position DFF segments based on the action name in the Request New Position and Request a Position Change actions?

We have configured 4 custom segments on position which are available on the Request New Postion and Request a Position Change actions.
Is it possible to make any of the 4 DFF segments visible and required, based on the action name?
Examples:
o If the action name = X THEN the segment ‘Business Case Name’ should be displayed and should be required
o If the action name = Y THEN the segment ‘Business Case Name’ should not be displayed
