Can contracts data/files be purged or scrubbed after environment clone?

A production clone is usually being scheduled to refresh the lower environments and all contracts' files/data are getting 100% copied and there is a need to purge or scrub contract files/data after the clone. Is there any "purge" job that can be run for this?
