Summary:

I was trying to login to my cloud account, I was able to use my username/password to get to the 2FA screen but then the passcodes from my authenticator app were not being accepted. Tried a few times but it kept complaining 'INVALID PASSCODE'. I was able to use the passcodes from my authenticator app before so I don't know why this issue this time. So I thought of removing my Oracle account from the authenticator app and re-adding it, without realizing that I'll need the QR code to re-add it but it was too late by the time I
