(Always free) Block Storage resource not deleted

Hello community,

I'm trying to recreate my resources, but after deleting resources and attempting to create them in a new Compartment, I encountered an error stating that there is a lack of resources.

After a quick investigation, I found in "Limits, Quotas and Usage" that "total-free-storage-gb-regional" in the deleted Compartment is still use limits.

I checked Block Storage in all Compartments, but I can't find anything anomalous.
