Pricing Dimension Band Error in Sequence

Summary:

I am attempting to setup my pricing dimension bands (Manage Pricing Dimension Bands for Revenue Management) based on the documentation below:

However, when I go to save, I am getting this error:

The value High Value = 249,Low Value = 250 has a gap. You must enter a value that respects the sequence. (VRM-3765243)

There is no gap in my sequence as you can see in the attached screenshot.

It does work if I use the same value for "High Value" of one tier and then "Low Value" of the next tier. In that case though, which tier would be used if that quantity was sold?
