Do you know why is the project that created in PEM with Work Plan Templete not desplayed in PFM?

First, I created Project in PEM with Work Plan Templete.

<PEM>

We we use both PEM and PFM, so I tried to open this project in PFM, but I didn't search applicable project when I searched by project name.

<PFM>

Please let me know the way to open the project that created in PEM in PFM.
