How to configure true up commission

Summary:

Hello Team,

We want true up on 4th quarter i.e., from Oct to Dec. Here is the example how we are expecting true up:

If we pay Quarterly participant will get 122045.45 commission, So what customers are expecting is they want commission to be paid based on the performance they did for whole year i.e., they are expecting 125000.

Attainment %= attainment/Quota

Capping%= If attainment %>120 then 120 else attainment%

Please share your inputs how can we achieve this requirement.
