how to automatically archieve the Data from DATA TABLE every month

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Client is using one table which will be having Prices infromation for parts which will keep getting added for each month. Since the data will keep on increasing, Client has asked us to check for Archiving feature. so that old data can be archieve and can be used latter in case needed for Audit purpose.
