Business Requirement

we have the Manufacturing process and requirement to enable dual UOM and pricing for OM. FG Item will be under both lot and serial controlled enabled. Issue is that if we enabled serial controlled, PIM would not allow to create the item and through an exception: “Item cannot be serial controlled if attribute tracking is set to primary and secondary”. however, under lot-controlled system allow us to create item code. Please suggest how to achieve this.

It has impact on both the inventory and OM flow as sales will be done in both dual UOM and during the Inventory picking Process, user should have both the option to record lot and serial number. Please provide the workaround to get this resolved.
