Accrual Balance for Terminated Employees in Fast Formula

Summary:

In case of a terminated employee, we need to calculate his Accrual based on his Termination Date.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In cases where an employee gets terminated, his Accrual balance should be calculated from the Enrollment Start Date till his Termination Date which becomes his Enrollment End Date. However, it is calculating for the entire year and not until his Termination Date. Attached is the Fast Formula used for Accrual Calculations.

As per Oracle document: When an employee gets terminated, his absence plan enrollment end date is set to his termination date. So, his new absence balance is the balance calculated from the enrollment start date to his termination date. But for FF it seems not working.
