Nrr relevancy ranking not working

Summary:

We want to be able to use the Nrr (Relevance Ranking Strategy) query on the assembler call.

However, even when we include this in the query parameter, it is not applied to the results.

The following query was called

GET: https://{storeUrl}/ccstore/v1/assembler/pages/Default/osf/catalog?Ntt=redcap*&Type=Products&Nrpp=5&Nrr=nterms,maxfield,glom,phrase(subphrase,query_expansion,approximate),static(sku.listPrice, descending)

The results are not sorted by list price descending as mentioned in the Nrr query's static module. Actually, none of the Nrr ranking strategies is applied.

We tried using the Ns parameter but that overrides the relRankStrategy and hence we cannot use Ns as we still need the relRankStrategy working, as a query param.
