Action menus picking up incorrect members after sorting

Summary:

I have a read-only form that I am sorting using the right-click "Sort" option on various fields. After sorting, my action menus built to open dashboards are picking up incorrect members.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If, for example, I right-click PJPW02010 and click Review Project Details, a dashboard opens with that member in the global POV. However if I sort the form first, and then click PJPW02010 and Review Details, the dashboard opens referencing a different member.

I'm using Forms 1.0 and have tried changing the parameters on the action menu to require or not require specific members with the same result. Is there a different way to resolve this?
