System is not identifying AOR person in the approval based on the department scope
Summary:
System is not identifying AOR person in the approval ,However in the person management representative ,It is showing the correct name.
Example:We have assigned person A1 to AOR based on the department "ABCD" and we have used this AOR in the absence approval.Now we take a employee who belongs to "ABCD" and create a transaction it should go to AOR person A1.But the system is not triggering approval to this person and we have removed all the conditions and tested but still not triggering . For debugging from person management we clicked on the Representative icon and it is showing correct person A1.Just to understand more we changed the scope from Department to Country and it worked.Unable to understand why approval
