How can I make the In-App Navigation width responsive across all devices?

Content: I developed the In-App Navigation component and integrated it into the Shell Page. Nevertheless, I aimed to have the navigation list displayed according to the page width, even though it was occupying the entire screen width on wide screens.

This is the current display on a monitor, as shown in the image below. When attempting to set the width in the In-App Navigation Style property, it proved ineffective.

I wanted to display the navigation width similar to the one shown in the image below. This example is from the Redwood reference app.

Are there additional resources available for styling In-App Navigation using CSS?
