Rollback of extract flow is not working

Hi Team,
Greetings!
We have a flow run which we want to rollback.
We tried by open the flow details and click on the 'Rollback All' option on the flow itself. There is no error, but the status remains unchanged.
We tried to submit a separate flow "Roll Back Process" by giving the flow name as input parameter. This flow completes successfully but does not rollback the flow.
Has anyone come across this issue? Any suggestions?
