We have a scenario where Bypass Completed learner records are showing as "Not Started" for the same activity within a Specialization for some courses.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

If we Undo the Bypass complete for the Learner and then Bypass complete again it resolves the issue. We have many learner records with this situation. I have validated that the courses at issue are included in a specialization, however, when I search these individual courses it shows in the grid as Part of Specialization = "N". I believe this could be part of our issue but hoping others can weigh in on this ? How do I resolve this ? I have also tried to edit the specialization, reconcile and then remove
