How to extract data from Time and labor to send to third party payroll

Hi Team,

We are using oracle cloud time and labor, absence and cloud project.

Had below questions on data extraction:

1)How would we extract data from time and labor and absence to send to third party payroll system, please note the payroll system is not ADP or Ceridian.

2) How would be identify retro time and labor and absence transactions for previous pay periods
