Item Rule Set - Descprition Values Come Automatically from Item Code Values?

Summary:

Hello,

We have written an Item Rule Set which generates an item code. Screenshot below is each of these attributes. The rule is very simple: it is just Attribute1 + Attribute2 + Attribute3.... and so on which comprises the rule.

There is a requirement which is as below:

If 0 is selected in Main Fiber Blend is it possible that 0 comes automatically in Second Fiber and Third Fiber?

Additionally, is it possible that description values come from item values? For reference, they come from different contexts and have completely different value sets.
