Is it possible to integrate FDMEE(on-premise) with Task Manager (EPBCS)

Summary:

We are setting up a workflow to import data from HFM (on-premise) to EPBCS application and then run Business Rules, execute Data Maps within EPBCS as part of existing process.

Problem is that, the Data Load Rule within FDMEE needs to be scheduled separately, and rest of the steps separately 1) Data load from different source in EPBCS, 2) running Business Rule, 3) executing Data Maps

We would like to automate it end to end (to run from 1 interface), but not sure how we can use Task Manager, or REST API's to connect to FDMEE from EPBCS and run Data Load Rules to fetch data from HFM to EPBCS and then execute rest of the steps within EPBCS.
