Is there an HDL template to load PTO Adjustments

Hello,

I'm looking for a template that can be used to load PTO hours an adjustment reason for 4000 employees. We have employees who have Purchased PTO Hours and those amounts need to be loaded as of January 1st. Can someone share a mass load template that will accomplish this?
