How can I remove the blank row from the NR report

Hey All,

I am working on formatting a report and it seems that there is a blank row appearing always when I export to report to excel file. Is there a way I can remove the first line blank when I exporting the report. PFA screenshot on the blank line (blue color) I am seeing.
