Summary: For many employees Seniority date is blank on front end but populated in PER_SENIORITY_DATES_F Table. I noticed TOTAL_ADJUSTMENT_DAYS is Negative and if I add it to Seniority Date it matches to BASE_SENIORITY_DATE. We need to pull this seniority date in reports matching what's on front end.

Is it correct understanding to write query that if Seniority Date matches BASE_SENIORITY_DATE Then we shouldn't populate it?
