Commodity Pricing on Ship date

hi Gurus,

Our client is a food processing industry for certain products pricing should had happen on the day the goods are being shipped. original price list will have a nominal value. Has any worked on a solution around this requirement on how to the stop order going to awaiting shipping , once price is updated order should be in awaiting shipping status.
