Hi, I was hoping to get some assistance with Chat routing. What I'm looking to do is rout customers by the product they're selected, as well as their language. I've begun by creating 4 additional chat queues and created 2 new Profiles that are setup for the specific queues. Then assigned user's to these Profiles. I've then created the Chat rules and added a product filter to the chat_launch page.

Problem is the chats are not being routed by product selected.
