PBCS dimensions not showing in Data Exchange

Summary:

I created a new Planning application. Then I added dimensions and created some forms. I needed another dimension so I added, then enabled it for the Plan Type. Then did a Refresh Database. Forms now show the new dimension, ad-hoc queries work.

The problem is the new Dimension does not show up in Data Exchange, so I can't load data.

I tried creating a new Import Format and the new dimension doesn't show up there.

Any suggestions?
