Does Open PR is calculated in supply in max-max planning for calculation of reorder quantity.

Summary:

We ran the MIN-MAX Report but it's not calculating open pr in MIN_MAX calculation to give min-max reorder quantity, only open PO is calculated. Is there any workaround to calculate open PR as well in MIN-MAX planning.
