Matrix manager dimension in worker assignment real time subject area

Hello Team,

I have used attributes in matrix manager dimension of "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time" subject area to get all direct and indirect reports of a manager. It is working fine for the employees (line managers) who have administrator/HR specialist roles. But not for all line managers. It is returning the error like "no data" if it is accessed by a person who has only line manager role. May i know the reason behind that? Do we need to assign any specific privilege to access matrix manager dimension? we can't assign special privileges to all line managers to access
