create PO for another supplier within the same supplier group for the GLOBAL BPA?

Hello Team,

We have a below requirement,In the same supplier group of companies, we have created multiple suppliers based on country and trading license number.

Global BPAs were created for one supplier and the other country BUs were assigned as control on the BPA.Is it possible to create PO for another supplier within the same supplier group for the GLOBAL BPA based on the country and business unit?

Can we achieve through this requirement from parent child relationship functionality?Kindly help address the feasibility.
