can't login to oracle cloud after using a new phone

Summary:

Just got a new Phone and would like to move Oracle Mobile Authenticator to it.

when I log in this url

identity domain is using :default. 

,it show me to send auth info to my old phone. and I lost my bypass code.

OMA VERSION 9.6.3， Android
