We cannot setup Depreciation Rates on Depreciation Method.

The step as follows.

1. Click add button Year = 1 and Period = 1 fill annual rate as 0.01

2. Click add button Screen show Year = 2 Period = 1. So, we need to and the value on Year = 1 Period = 2.
