While importing the Import Map Template, Is there any option to assign the item to child orgs

While importing the Import Map Template, Is there any option to assign the item to child orgs.

The requirement is once we import the item through import map template by creating item batch. That item should assign to the child orgs automatically, without entering the item in the import template for each child org.
