Hi,
we went into Me -> Directory -> we searched for an employee who does not belong to our Manager Hierarchy -> clicking on 'Show more' in the left side of the page, we can see all the section we can access basing on the roles and the privileges assigned to our user account. For instance If we click on the 'Goals' tab, we can view the performance goals assigned to the selected employee; if we click on the 'Performance' tab, we can view the Performance document (or the Check-in document), assigned to the selected employee.
