Cost rollup in Product Development

Hi

We want to rollup the cost of items in PD. The items are standard costed and already cost has been established using cost scenario in Cost accounting. However when we use those items in PD as a component for a new item, Refresh Cost does not rollup the cost using the item cost of those components. What setup is required to achieve this. Please guide.
