How can I use wildcard in a multi dimension data load mapping?

Summary:

In Data Management, I want to define the value of the 'Profile' dimension based on two other dimensions (the dimensions 'Segment 4' and 'Segment 8').

The logic is the following one :

If the source value for the segment 4 starts with '280', then the target value should be '280000-all-Segment 8 value'.

Please note that the segment 8 value has always 3 positions.
