Exploring the Integration of Dynamic Skills in Recruiting and Candidate Experience

Summary:

Hello,

I am currently working on enabling and understanding how dynamic skills are integrated into the Recruiting and Candidate experience. Could someone please guide the following questions?

  1. Are the skills that candidates add to their candidate profile considered in the Top Recommendations suggestions? If so, how is this calculation performed or how are these skills used in the recommendation process?
  2. When a candidate includes skills in their candidate profile during the application process, will they receive recommended jobs based on the skills they've attached to their profile and those listed in the requisition?
  3. When I select recommended careers on the banner within the skills center and am directed to OMP, it automatically filters to all skills available on jobs that have skills attached. What is the purpose of this functionality? Should it default to skills I have built or been endorsed for?
