HDL CW Worker Load giving error as You must enter a valid value for the Business Unit ID field.

Summary:

I am trying to load the Contingent worker using source keys and a worker was loaded in our DEV instance, but it is throwing the following error in our TEST instance.

Message: You must enter a valid value for the Business Unit ID field.

Details: You need to enter a valid value in the field for the transaction to succeed. For example, you must only enter a number in the Job ID field

We have checked the Business Unit name and setup is correct and mapped to COMMON keys.

Is this because of the 23D upgrade.?
