How to restrict Employee to submit resignation prior to Notice period date

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I have to restrict employee while submitting resignation if he enters 'When is the resignation date?' less than notice period date. It should allow only as of Notice Period date or later date.

Ex: If an employee resigns 1st Dec 2023, his notice period was 1 month, then 'When is the resignation date?' set to '31st Dec 2023'.

Employee can have ability to update this date to prior or later date as per current behavior. It should show an error upon entering prior date say 30th Dec 2023. and it can allow a later date say 1st Jan 2024.
