performing encumbrance year end processing.

Hi Team,

We have a requirement from users saying that the users are using encumbrances which refer to as committals in a legacy system so this is used to show what was committed in their system through PO's, Contractual agreements that they need to pay to other party. financials which need to show their liabilities correctly on the balance sheet it is also pertinent to our cashflow and budgeting.

As per our understanding this is something related to performance year end encumbrances Processing.
