In personal details page how to hide edit pencil icon for biographical information

Summary: Our observation:

1) I am trying to hide edit option through Page composer for Biographical information, But when i enter page composer edit option will disappear.

Kindly suggest.

2) It is not possible to hide edit option through Securities, because Manage Biographical Information duty role was inherited by View biographical Information duty role from the Employee Abstract role.
