User unable to open the Manage Procurement Agent

in Self Service Procurement 2 comments

Hello Experts,

In line with the subject line we are facing an issue where the user is having the following roles and data access apart from this the user is an employee as well however, still unable to open the manage procurement agent area in the setup and maintenance.

Roles provided:

  1. Application Implementation Administrator
  2. Application Implementation Consultant
  3. ICC Employee (Custom roles)
  4. IT Security Manager

However, still the said user is not having the access to open the "Manage Procurement Agent

Requesting you to please let me know if anyone can be able to assist us in this regards.
