ABO package import failed for 23D

Summary:

When I try to import the 23D ABO package, the migration is failing with the below error:

Can anyone please suggest why this is happening? I've followed the "Oracle CPQ 19B and Later ABO Implementation Guide" and it doesn't mention to add any fields prior to importing the migration package.
