FYI Notification for ICO

Hi

Our current setup is as below,

The issue is FYI Notification is not getting triggered once the ICO gets approved & reaches the status "Completed" for the people in the Approval Group for which the response type is FYI. Whereas the FYI notifications were triggered for the Approval Group with the response type as "Required".

Please clarify.
