Summary:

We have an issue with the On Prem Hyperion application, a user is assigned to a group which has a planner access and was able to submit data via data forms. However, when doing a SmartView adhoc and submitting the data from there with the same intersection, it will throw an error, 'You do not have sufficient access to perform lock on this database.' I have already checked the security in dimensions, and everything is fine. I also refresh security filters in planning however the issues still persist. Seems like the planner role is only giving access in workspace not
